One open standard and the platform that runs it — the same maths, applied identically to every draw.
An open, versioned specification (v1.0): a secret salt committed before the draw, entry lists sealed with a Merkle tree, and the winner drawn from a public blockchain block created after sealing. Rejection sampling gives every ticket exactly equal odds.
Sealing, one-shot draw triggering, and certificate generation. Every certified draw records the full working, so anyone can reproduce the winning number from public records with ordinary maths — no DrawProof account needed.
